There is no account behind a premium purchase, so there is nothing for us to look you up by. If you are writing about an order, quote its order id: it is the only identifier we can match, it is printed on the receipt screen and it is saved in the recovery file you downloaded. Never send us your recovery code. It is the only thing that can collect your purchase, we have no use for it, and nobody at VPN.free will ever ask you for it.
